Settings that hold up
Training presets are tuned per model. For Krea 2 that means the Raw base, 1024 resolution and training by epochs, on cards from 32 GB. You choose a shorter or longer preset instead of tuning every parameter.
After training
- Finished LoRAs stay in your list under the character
- Continue training an existing LoRA where supported
- Add a LoRA to a running ComfyUI machine in one click
What you pay
The GPU is billed by Vast.ai on your own key, and you see the price before you start. LoRA training is part of the GENX plan.
Questions
Do I need LoRA to keep a character consistent?
Not always. The @handle character works on any model with no training. LoRA is for ComfyUI workflows, where you want a trained model.
What if my Vast.ai key is wrong?
The site tells you directly and offers to update the key, so you do not have to guess why no machine started.
Can I train on photos of a real person?
Only with that person’s consent. Deepfakes without consent are forbidden.
